Accessibility statement

Last updated 10 September 2026. FixNVibe Ltd wants everyone to be able to use razadesk.com, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

1. What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this website. This statement covers razadesk.com; the RazaDesk app itself is covered separately and we are working on it.

2. What we have done

  • Every page has a "Skip to content" link, a single main heading, and landmarks for navigation, main content and footer.
  • All functionality works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline. Menus, tabs, expanding cards and questions are real buttons that announce their state.
  • Text and controls meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio for normal text and 3:1 for large text and interface parts.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative visuals, including the animated 3D backgrounds, are hidden from screen readers.
  • Form fields have labels, required fields are marked, and error and success messages are announced.
  • Animation respects your "reduce motion" setting: with it on, the 3D scenes, page transitions and scroll effects are switched off and all content is shown immediately.
  • Pages work at 400% zoom and on small screens without horizontal scrolling, and no content depends on colour alone.

3. Known limitations

  • The home page uses a scroll-driven presentation. Every piece of information in it is also available as plain text on the Features, The app and Pricing pages.
  • Screenshots of the app show demonstration data and are described in their captions rather than in full.

4. Tell us if something is in your way

If you find any part of this site hard to use, or you need information in another format, email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +44 7438 945682. We will reply within five working days and fix what we can.

5. Enforcement

The Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for enforcing the accessibility requirements of the Equality Act 2010 in Great Britain. If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service.
