RazaDesk runs the whole shop. Pick a part of it.
Dashboard
The whole shop in one glance. Overdue, due today, ready to collect, and what's owed.
What's in it
Nothing in here is a roadmap. Every one of these is running at a real counter today.
Your shop's name and colours, your review links. Customers check their own repair instead of ringing you.
Print them at the counter, email them, or drop them into WhatsApp. Your shop details and VAT on every one.
One tap opens the chat with the customer's name, ticket, price and balance filled in. You press send.
Refund a repair or a sale in a couple of taps. Takings and profit adjust themselves, and the part can go back on the shelf.
Each tech gets their own login. Money and settings screens ask for the owner's PIN again, even if you walked away logged in.
A Windows or Mac app that updates itself and keeps working if the internet drops. Or open it in the browser.
Built behind a real counter
RazaDesk runs the till at FixNVibe on Cowane Street, Stirling. That's the shop it was built in. Every feature exists because someone stood at that counter and needed it.
Questions
Do I need to install anything?
It's a desktop app for Windows and Mac. Install it once on the till and it updates itself. There's a browser version too.
Can customers see where their repair's at?
Yes. Every job gets a private tracking link. The page carries your shop's name and your review links, not ours.
How do customers get their receipt?
Printed at the counter, or as a PDF by email or WhatsApp.
What happens if the internet drops?
The till keeps running. Everything syncs back to the cloud when the connection returns.
What happens when I refund something?
Takings and profit adjust themselves, and if a part was used it can go back into stock. The day's numbers still add up.
Is it only for phone shops?
It was built in one, but it handles phones, laptops and consoles alike. If your work is tickets and a till, it fits.
